Who we are
A national volunteer force for community safety
Established in 2010 and headquartered at the LNP Headquarters Community Services Section in Paynesville, the Community Watch Forum of Liberia (CWFL) organizes neighborhood watch structures in communities across the country. Our members are trained civilian volunteers who observe, report and mobilize their neighbors — strengthening the bridge between citizens and the police.

Neighborhood Watch Coordination
Organizing and supervising volunteer watch teams that observe and report suspicious activity to community leadership and the LNP through agreed channels.
Crime Prevention Awareness
Community forums, school outreach and radio programs on burglary prevention, safe movement, drug-abuse awareness and civic responsibility.
Volunteer Training & Certification
Structured training in observation and reporting, conflict de-escalation, first response basics and human-rights-respecting conduct, with verified identification for every certified member.
Police–Community Dialogue
Quarterly coordination meetings and joint town halls that build trust between residents and the Liberia National Police Community Services Section.
Early-Warning Communication
Community focal points connected to district and county coordinators for the rapid, accurate reporting of incidents and emerging threats.
