Volunteer Training & Certification

Structured training in observation and reporting, conflict de-escalation, first response basics and human-rights-respecting conduct, with verified identification for every certified member.

Police–Community Dialogue

Quarterly coordination meetings and joint town halls that build trust between residents and the Liberia National Police Community Services Section.

Early-Warning Communication

Community focal points connected to district and county coordinators for the rapid, accurate reporting of incidents and emerging threats.

Women & Youth in Safety

Deliberate inclusion of women and young people in watch leadership, mentorship and civic engagement activities.
