Our Vision
A Liberia where every community is safe, organized and actively engaged in preventing crime and promoting peace, in partnership with national security institutions.
Our Mission
To mobilize, train and coordinate community watch volunteers across Liberia; to strengthen collaboration between residents, local authorities and the Liberia National Police; and to promote civic responsibility, early-warning communication and non-violent approaches to community safety.
